Founder of EquityNet Research in 1999, Randy has more than 15 years equity and financial analysis experience. EquityNet was formed to provide the investing public with professional, independent, objective research on under-followed public companies, as well as industry and economic analysis. In 2008, Randy also founded The GSL Group, LLC, a company focused on private business valuation and related advisory services. He received his Bachelor’s Degree with honors in Finance from California State University, Fullerton, an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA and is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He is also an assistant professor of business at LA Pierce College and American Jewish University. Randy is a member of the CFA Institute (CFAI) and the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).
