American Lithium Review
American Lithium Minerals Inc. is an early stage lithium exploration company engaged in evaluating, developing and acquiring lithium projects, with a focus on properties in the USA, Canada and South America. Lithium demand, driven mainly by the escalation in production of hybrid-electric and electric cars, is expected to increase four-fold by 2017. Additionally, the price for this very rare commodity has risen in the last year as the world wide supply/demand status approaches severe levels.
American Lithium is a relatively new listing having begun trading in May, 2009. After a quiet initial trading period and following a series of press releases beginning in late August, volume increased tremendously resulting in the share price running from $0.08 to $3.00 in late October. As with most huge price spikes in a short time frame the stock subsequently backfilled. However, RSI and MACD are both indicating AMLM to be oversold and trading volumes have been impressive. The stock price appears ready to resume it’s upward momentum and test the first resistance level at $1.80 and once through a run to the previous high of $3.00 is expected..
